Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 

Online Store:

Our Online Return policy is different than our In Store policy as we understand that customers have purchased an item without trying it on first. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re more than happy to accept your return.

detailsandgoods accepts returns provided that the items are returned within 14 days of the date of the order confirmation. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with original tags attached.

detailsandgoods reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: All SALE items, undergarments, and jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

How To Return An Item:

1. E-mail your return request to: detailsandgoods@gmail.com

2. Ship your merchandise to the following address:

3. All returns must be pre-paid. detailsandgoods must receive your return within 14 days of when the order was placed. NO EXCEPTIONS. We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via USPS or UPS with a tracking number. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, detailsandgoods cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.

4. Once we receive your returned merchandise, your return will be processed within five business days. All refunds will be made in the method of original payment. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be refunded.

5. Please note that detailsandgoods  reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
